Lot consist of: (A) Colt Single Action Army "Peacemaker" single action revolver. Made 1973 to commemorate 100 years of the Colt Single Action Army. Left side of the barrel is marked "1873 PEACEMAKER CENTENNIAL 1973", with the company address on the top. Patent dates on the left side of the frame, in addition to "U.S.". Matching serials on the frame, trigger guard, butt and cylinder. There is a inspector style mark on the bottom of the left side of the grip. Round, steel barrel with u-notch rear. Blued barrel, cylinder and trigger guard. Case colored frame and hammer. Smooth finish wood grip. Cased, and shares a serial number with gun "B" in the lot. CONDITON: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with a few handling marks. Grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Cylinder has no lines, nor has the gun been fired since leaving the factory. Case is excellent. (B) Colt Frontier Six Shooter single action revolver. Made 1973 to commemorate 100 years of the Colt Single Action Army. Left side of the barrel has an an oval etched "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER", with the company address on the top. Two line patent dates on the left side of the frame. Matching serials on the frame, trigger guard, butt and cylinder. Round, steel barrel with a blade front sight and u-notch rear. Factory all nickel finish. Checkered plastic grips with eagle logos on the bottom of each side. Cased, and shares a serial number with gun "A" in the lot. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with a few scratches. Grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Cylinder has no drag lines. Un-fired from the factory. Excellent for your collection. JWA
