Colt New Frontier single action revolver with extra cylinder and box. Made 1974. Single line company address on the top of the barrel with standard markings on the left. Patent dates on the left side of the frame. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Round, steel barrel with blade front sight and u-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the barrel, cylinder and trigger guard/grip straps. Case colored frame. Black checkered plastic grips. Includes both factory .22lr and .22 mag cylinders, in addition to the original flat board box and papers. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% or more of its original finish with a few handling marks. There is some light dried grease on the metal components. Grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Good timing and lock up. No drag lines on the cylinder. Mechanically fine. Extra cylinder is sealed. Box is good overall with edge wear and some taping. JWA
