Colt Single Action Army revolver. Made 1890. 2 line company address on the top of the barrel. "38 W.C.F." marked on the left side of the barrel. Patent dates on the left side off the frame. Matching serials on the frame, trigger guard and butt. Round steel barrel with blade front sight and v-notch rear. Original nickel finish on the metal components. Factory checkered hard rubber grips with rampant Colt Pony and federal eagles on each panel. CONDITION: Metal retains 50% of its original finish with wear, handling marks and scratches. Grips have handling marks, scratches and dents. Bore is frosted but retains strong rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Good lockup. Mechanically fine. JWA
