Model P88 semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Walther in 1996. The left side of the frame bears the Walther banner logo followed by "P88 COMPACT", with the right side bearing an Interarms import stamp. The right side of the frame bears a German eagle over "N" nitro proof followed by Walther's date code "KG" (1996) followed by an Ulm proof house stamp. Eagle over "N" nitro proof is also present on the right side of the slide and chamber. Features include a 4" barrel, adjustable rear sight, ambidextrous safety, and 2-piece black plastic checkered grips. Pistol is accompanied by its matching factory box, matching factory paper test target, manual, extra magazine, and cleaning rod. CONDITION: Metal components retain virtually all of their factory applied finish, exhibiting some very modest wear from cycling of the action. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Grips are excellent, showing a few spots of light wear from handling. An excellent and high condition example of a Walther P88 semi-automatic pistol. MLW
