Remington Model 95 double derringer. Type II (Model No.3) gun made circa 1900. Barrel rib is marked "REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION, N.Y.". Round, steel barrel barrels with blade front sight and u-notch rear. Factory nickel finish with fine scroll engraving in areas. Trigger, hammer extractor and screws are fire blued. Correct mother of pearl grips. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with light wear and scratches. Grips have a few scratches, but are excellent overall. Bores are clean overall with crisp rifling. Tight hammer. Mechanically operable, but the barrel hinge has a light crack in it. JWA
