Winchester Model 1886 lever action rifle made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1892. 26" round blued rifled Winchester barrel in 40-65 W.C.F. with Winchester two line address, fitted with sheared blade front sight and rear buckhorn sight. Case hardened plain trigger receiver with blued full tubular magazine. Winchester walnut standard plain straight stock with crescent steel buttplate. Matching walnut original forarm with case hardened nosepiece. CONDITION: Overall metal fading to a silvery gray color with light surface corrosion. Wood has dark appearance with usage marks and dings. Shootable bore with good mechanics. DLM
