Lot consist of: (A) Remington Model 700 bolt action rifle. Made 1973. Standard markings on the barrel and receiver. Round, steel barrel with hooded ramped blade front sight and u-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Gloss lacquered wood stock with checkering on the wrist and forearm. Factory rubber butt pad. Includes attached Browning 2 - 1/2 - 8X scope and a leather sling. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. Wood has a few minor dents and scratches. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Optic is clear with a crisp reticle. (B) Remington Model 7400 semi automatic rifle with scope. Made 1981. Standard markings on the barrel and frame. Round, steel barrel with blade front sight and u-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Gloss finished wood furniture with checkering on the wrist and forearm. Checkered plastic butt plate. Original metal magazine. Includes attached Armsport 3 - 9x32 scope and leather sling. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. There are a few splotches of surface rust, mostly on the left side of the gun. Wood has a few handling marks and scratches. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Scope is clear. JWA
