Lot consist of: (A) Winchester Model 12 slide action shotgun with extra barrel. Made 1923. Typical markings on the the left side of the barrel. Standard two line company address and patent dates on the right. Matching serials on the barrel assembly and frame. Winchester proofs on the chamber and receiver. Riot length barrel with bead front sight. Finish has been re-blued at some point. Wood stock and forearm have been lightly sanded and re-finished. Forearm is later production. Rubber butt pad is "WINCHESTER" marked, but not original to the gun. 2- 3/4" chamber with a cylinder choke bore. Includes an additional (not matching) 26" barrel assembly a full solid rib and bead front sight. Metal components have been refinished. Forearm has a light oil finish. 2 - 3/4" chamber and a improved cylinder choke bore. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its re-applied finish with general wear and a light brown patina forming in areas. Wood has a few handling marks and scratches. Bore is shiny. Mechanically fine. Extra barrel has 80% of its re-applied finish. Wood has a few handling marks. (B) Winchester Model 12 slide action shotgun. Made 1962. Typical markings on the the left side of the barrel. Matching serials on the barrel assembly and frame. Winchester proofs on the chamber and receiver. Round, steel barrel with bead front sight. Original blued finish. Wood stock and forearm have there original oil finish. Checkered plastic butt plate. CONDITION: Metal retains 60% of its original finish with general wear and handling marks. There are a few spots of cleaned patina on the right side of the frame. Wood has finish wear (mostly on the butt) and handling marks. Bore is shiny. Mechanically fine. JWA
