Savage model 99 lever action rifle chambered in .358 Winchester. Blued round barrel has dove tailed brass bead front sight and dovetailed stamped rear adjustable sight. Wood furniture with diamond checking on forend and pistol grip. Front and rear sling swivel studs with plastic cap on pistol grip and metal butt plate. Top of the blued action is drilled and tapped four times without the appropriate screws. Brass colored trigger, case hardened lever, jeweled action. CONDITION: Excellent overall condition with most of original bluing remining on action and barrel professionally reblued. Very light handling marks throughout with very light freckling on metal surfaces. Small chip on left side of stock behind receiver and line scratch on right side of forend. Semi bright bore and good mechanics. GFP
