Colt Custom Shop hand engraved Single Action Army Revolver attributed to Charlton Heston NRA President 1998-2003. Hand engraved with scroll work on barrel, ejector housing, cylinder, and frame. Gold inlaid bands on barrel breech and muzzle. Double gold inlaid bands at rear of cylinder. Barrel inscribed "National Rifle Association" Butt is gold inlaid inscribed, "President /1998-2003". 4 - 3/4" barrel, chambered in .45 LC. Finished in rust blue with vivid case hardened frame and hammer. Fire blued screws and trigger. Single piece ivory grips with carved monograms "CH" on left side and "NRA" on right panel. Housed in a fitted leather book binding case titled "The Bill Of Rights" on the spine. Complete with Colt Custom Shop blue box numbered to gun. CONDITION: Like new, appears unfired and unturned. MKS
