Winchester Model 12 Pigeon Grade slide action shotgun. Made 1958. Standard trademark and markings on the left side of the barrel. Winchester proof on the chamber. Matching serial numbers on the frame and barrel assembly. Round steel barrel with full vent rib and bead front sight. Factory scroll and game scene engraving on both sides of the frame. Gold inlay dogs/birds on the left, with ducks on the right. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Gloss finished, capped pistol grip wood stock and forearm. Fine checking on both the wrist and forearm. Butt stock has a custom added adjustable check piece, and rubber butt pad. 2 - 3/4" chamber, with a full choke bore. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with some light wear and scratches. Wood has a few handling marks, but is excellent overall. Bore is shiny. Mechanically fine. JWA
