Lot consists of: (A) Attractive and fine Smith & Wesson K-22 Masterpiece double action .22LR revolver manufactured circa 1953. Blued finish with case hardened trigger and hammer. 6" pinned barrel with serrated rib, partridge front sight, and adjustable square notch rear. 6-shot fluted cylinder in square butt 5-screw K frame. Fitted with checkered S&W medallion grips. Housed in numbers matching gold 2-piece picture box. CONDITION: Excellent. Appears unfired, retaining virtually all of its factory blued finish, excluding a drag line, and is packed in protective grease. Box very good with some modest edge wear and a few abrasions. (B) Second Model Smith & Wesson .38 Safety Hammerless double action only revolver chambered in .38 S&W and manufactured from 1887 to 1890. Nickel finished. 3-1/4" tip up ribbed barrel, 2-line barrel address, half moon front sight, u-notch rear right, and 5-shot fluted cylinder. Grips are 2-piece checkered hard rubber with S&W monogram. CONDITION: Excellent. Vast majority of factory nickel is retained with surface scratching throughout. Grips worn with base of right grip cracked. Pitted bore with visible rifling. Indexes correctly.
