Winchester Model 42 slide action shotgun made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1952. 28" blued Winchester Proof Steel plain barrel with fixed "MOD" choke and "3inch" chamber, fitted with bead front sight. Blued takedown action with push button safety and blued tubular magazine. Plain walnut pistol grip stock with Winchester Hard rubber buttplate and matching flat bottom corrugated forearm. CONDITION: 90% plus blue with several wear marks from operation and handling. 90% original varnish with usual flaking near corners and small minor usage marks. Excellent bore and mechanics.
