Lot consists of: (A) US paratrooper 2nd pattern Griswold bag. These bags were designed to carry an M1 Garand rifle disassembled into three sections, the barrel, stock, and trigger group. The bag is stamped "PART NO. / 43623402" on the reverse. This example has a full closure zipper that is marked "CROWN". CONDITION: Zipper functions properly, modest wear but remains clean. Overall very good. (B) Late unmarked haversack. CONDITION: very good. (C) WWII web belt with WWI 1918 dated M1911 magazine pouch and WWII 1943 dated M1911 magazine pouch. CONDITION: Gear exhibits wear. Overall good. (E) WWII era leather M1916 holster. The holster is marked "ENGER KRESS" on the reverse. (F) Unmarked black leather M1916 holster (G) Leather M1916 holster marked "MILWAUKEE SADDLER CO / 1944" on the reverse. (H) Leather M1916 holster marked "SEARS" on the reverse. CONDITION: The holsters exhibit wear that is typical of old leather including creasing, cracks, and other blemishes. Some exhibit little wear while others exhibit moderate to heavy wear. overall fair-very good. JLD
