AK pattern Sporter semi-automatic rifle manufactured by Factory 386 in China. The left side of the receiver is stamped with a "386" factory code within an oval above "CA:/ 7.62X39MM/ SEMI-AUTO", with a Interstate Arms import stamp present above the trigger assembly. Features include a blue finish, 20" chrome lined barrel, standard AK pattern front sight, "U" notch rear sight, checkered blonde wood stock & forearm, as well as a rubber recoil pad. These Chinese Sporter AK variants are unique, as the receiver is distinctly different from traditional AK pattern receivers, instead opting for a milled Valmet pattern design instead. Matching numbers are present on the receiver, receiver cover, pistol, bolt carrier, and bolt. Rifle is accompanied by its box, styrofoam insert, one 5-round magazine, one 30-round magazine, cleaning rod, and sling. CONDITION: Excellent, with metal components retaining the vast majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting a few minor handling marks as well as light surface oxidation overall. Front of receiver cover shows a few spots of oxidation. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Wood furniture is excellent. Box is in poor condition, having been written on in sharpie and showing tearing overall. A nice example of a Chinese manufacturer Sporter rifle. MLW
