Single Action Army revolver manufactured by Colt in 1893. Left side of frame bears patent information followed by an encircled Rampant Colt logo. Barrel is blank. Barrel, cylinder, trigger guard, and grip straps are are blued, with the frame being case colored. Frame is mounted with 2-piece smooth wood grips. Matching numbers are present on the frame, trigger guard, and butt. Revolver is accompanied by a Boyt aftermarket leather holster. CONDITION: Frame retains bountiful amounts of it's reapplied finish, exhibiting strong case colors overall and showing few signs of wear. Blued components retain the vast majority of their reapplied finish, showing few minor handling marks. Bore is bright, exhibiting oxidation and fair rifling throughout. 2-piece wood grips show some scattered handling marks, with the right panel bearing a small crack on the interior. Boyt holster is very good overall. MLW
