Mauser C96 semi automatic pistol. Built on a post war frame. Oberndorf address on the right side of the frame, in addition to being on the top of the chamber. "(crown)/U" proof on the left side of the chamber and bolt. Mauser banner on the left side of the frame. No import marks found. Only serial number is found on the left side of the frame. Custom 16" barrel. Blade front sight with rear tangent adjustable to 1,000 meters. Metal components have been completely re-blued. 37 line wood grips are replacements (not numbered). CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with some light wear. Grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. JWA
