A bolt rifle chambered for the .300 Winchester Magnum cartridge by Dakota Arms. It has a 25” blued round steel barrel with a ramp bead foresight and muzzle crown. Consigner indicates that this is a Hart barrel. The left side of the barrel ahead of the receiver is marked "300 WIN MAG" and the left side of the receiver towards chamber area is marked with the serial number "3667" and towards the center "DAKOTA ARMS 76 STURGIS, SD". Barrel also with banded sling swivel stud. The action has a 3 panel checkered bolt handle, jeweled bolt body and Winchester Model 70 Style 3-position safety. Action is also fit with a blued steel straddle floorplate with release inside of the trigger bow which protects the blued, smooth single trigger. The best quality light brown walnut stock with straight and smoky grain is built with a 2-panel sharp checkered pistol grip, blued steel cap with gold color insert with "DA" in the center, shadow line cheekpiece, 2 cross bolts with ebony plugs, 1" black Pachmayr Old English recoil pad and swivel stud for sling on buttstock. Forend with matched checkering and ebony forend tip. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrel retains 98% original blue. Stock and forend with minor handling marks from storage. CP
