Lot consists of: (A) 1965 vintage Colt Single Action Army revolver commemorating the reconstruction of Old Fort Des Moines. 5 - 1/2" round barrel in .45 Colt with single line barrel address, blade front sight, and frame notch rear. Gold plated finish. 2 piece imitation pearl grips with a gold Rampant Colt medallion on either side. CONDITION: Excellent+, with virtually all of the original gold plating remaining. Cylinder appears to be unfired with no dragline present. Grips are in matching condition with no major signs of distress. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. (B) 1965 vintage Colt Frontier Scout single action revolver commemorating the reconstruction of Old Fort Des Moines. 4 - 3/4" round barrel in .22 Long Rifle with single line barrel address, blade front sight, and frame notch rear. Gold plated finish. 2 piece imitation pearl grips with a gold Rampant Colt medallion on either side. CONDITION: Excellent+, with virtually all of the original gold plating remaining. Cylinder appears to be unfired with no dragline present. Grips are in matching condition with no major signs of distress. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. This high condition pair of revolvers is complete with original painted wooden case with purple velvet interior. Case is marked "RECONSTRUCTION OF OLD FORT DES MOINES-1965". Case is excellent. TON
