1862 vintage Colt Model 1860 Army single action percussion revolver. 8" round barrel in .44 caliber with single line Colt New York barrel address with German silver blade front sight and hammer notch rear. 3 screw frame cut for shoulder stock. Replacement rammer and wedge. 1 piece plain walnut grips. Martial inspector stamps in typically seen places with "C" condemnation mark on cylinder and backstrap near hammer. CONDITION: Good, with original components turned a brown-gray patina with consistent light pitting throughout. Trigger guard is bent. Replacement rammer retains bright case colors and replacement wedge retrains its bright bluing. Grips are overall strong with dents and dings throughout, especially at high edges. Good mechanics. Bore is frosted with heavy abrasion toward muzzle and visible rifling. TON
