Lot consists of (A + B) Single Action Frontier Scout revolvers in .22 LR manufactured by Colt in commemoration of the Fort Stepheson Sesquicentennial. Left side of barrels are stamped "1813 - FORT STEPHESON SESQUICENTENNIAL - 1963", with Colt's single line address across the top, and "COLT SINGLE ACTION FRONTIER SCOUT 22 L.R." on the right side. Barrels are blued, frames feature a black enamel finish, with the cylinders, hammers, trigger guard, and grip straps being nickel plated. Frames are mounted with 2-piece Colt silver medallion smooth wood grips. Revolvers are accompanied by a wood Colt display box featuring a yellow velvet interior. CONDITION: Excellent, with metal components retaining virtually all of their factory applied finish, exhibiting a few minor handling marks that show through to silvering overall. Mirror bores, exhibiting strong rifling throughout. Grips are excellent. Case shows some minor external wear, but otherwise appears sturdy and serviceable. MLW
