Lot consists of: A) Unsigned fullstock Kentucky rifle of unknown origin and maker. 42" octagon rifled 44 caliber barrel with hunting sights. Commercial unmarked percussion lock with double set trigger control. Full curly maple stock with brass hardware. CONDITION: A) Overall poor with period wrist repair and broken wrist with dark bore and sticky mechanics. B) Kentucky style halfstock stamped "J.S. Fowler" made in Belmont, Ohio circa 1850. 37" octagon to round rifled 40 caliber barrel with rifle sights. Back action Leman percussion lock with double set trigger control. Plain walnut half stock with pewter nosecap and brass hardware. CONDITION: B) Overall poor with missing ramrod. Dark bore and functioning mechanics. DLM
