Smith and Wesson model 19-3 Texas Ranger commemorative revolver chambered in .357 magnum and manufactured in 1973. Pinned ramped front sight with orange insert and rear adjustable square "U" notch sight with white outline. Left side of barrel has "SMITH & WESSON" in gold colored lettering and right side of barrel has "TEXAS RANGERS S&W .357 MAGNUM" with same color lettering. Left side of frame has Smith and Wesson trademark symbol and right side of receiver has the manufacturing information below cylinder along with a gold colored Texas Ranger commemorative stamp behind the cylinder. Stamp reads " * STATE OF TEXAS * TEXAS RANGER COMMEMORATIVE COMMISSION" with the dates "1823" above and "1973" below. Smooth wooden grips with brass colored star medallions inlayed on both sides. Knurled case color hardened hammer and smooth case color hardened trigger. Included factory wooden blue felt lined case with commemorative symbol on top and Smith and Wesson symbol on top bottom right corner. CONDITION: Excellent overall condition with almost all factory finish and bluing. Very light signs of oxidation in ribs on top of barrel. Very good bore and good mechanics. Inside of case has two small chips in wood and light scratches on outside. GFP
