Winchester model 1894 Carbine John Wayne Commemorative rifle chambered in .32-40 Winchester. This rifle includes a 18" blued round barrel with buckhorn style sights, two stainless steel barrel bands, stainless steel receiver and large loop lever, blued saddle ring, press checkered wooden furniture, and blued metal butt plate. Left side of barrel has a two-line model and manufacturer address stamping and right side of barrel has " JOHN WAYNE COMMEMORATIVE" stamped. Both sides of receiver have John Wayne Western movie scenes with names of his famous movies surrounding the scenes. John Wayne's engraved signature on the tang and commemorative medallion embedded on right side of stock. Included with this rifle is the commemorative factory box, 1 unopened box of Winchester .32-40 Winchester John Wayne commemorative ammunition, Winchester commemorative leather scabbard, and a wooden rifle wall mount with a western stage coach scene made by U.S. Repeating Arms Company. CONDITION: Excellent plus new in box with seeming to have never been fired. Excellent bore and mechanics. Box and accessories have some handling and storage marks. Small tare in corner of box covering. GFP.
