Lot of two Crawford's biscuit tins. The first is "Seaside", c. 1885, an early litho embossed printed tin with a delightful scene of people standing on the beach around the tin, except for the back panel, which is a woman on the deck of a sailing boat. There are some scuffs and marks overall, but presents well. The second is an undocumented embossed litho tin, c. 1895, with side panels showing a young tavern girl meeting someone, appearing as if they are about to be held up by masked horsemen. The image on the lid is of a young woman waving a handkerchief to say goodbye. The sides are good and need only a cleaning, however the lid has about seven silver scratches in it.
Condition: (Good).
Item Dimensions: Largest: 5 - 3/4" x 4" x 5".
