Lot of two blacksmith-themed biscuit tins. The first is a triangular Huntley & Palmer "The Village Blacksmith", c. 1893, depicts the village blacksmith attending his horse on the lid, with three illustrations on the side: one making horseshoes in the forge, one of a blacksmith at church and the last of children watching the blacksmith at work. There are a few silvery scuffs on it, but is still in good condition. The second tin is a Macfarlane Lang "Amvil", c. 1911, in the form of an anvil with a horseshoe on top of it. A dark brown tin with paint missing, showing silver speckle all over it.

Condition: (Fair - Good).

Item Dimensions: Larger: 6 - 1/2" x 7" x 3 - 3/4".
