Lot of five biscuit tins. First is Crawford's Chums, c. 1911, an upright tin, embossed and printed, in good condition with minor faults. Second is His First Pair of Pants, c. 1900, an American made tin, with the lid showing Mother and Daddy Bear with Baby Bear getting his first pair of trousers, a Fox standing nearby. It is in good condition with a few dark marks on the image and around the border. The next three tins are in the same upright column form. Third is a Peek Frean Grandfather Clock, c. 1935, in very good condition, needing a clean. Fourth is a John Hill Grandfather Clock, c. 1905, in good condition but with a dull, aged appearance. Fifth is a Hudson Scott Post Office Bank tin c. 1912, with a slot in front to serve as a money box and images on the side of an old-fashioned postman, the opposite side having a girl in a blue dress, excited to post her letter. It has scuffs and wear, particularly around the slots.
