Lot of seven juvenile-themed biscuit tins. The first is a Sing a Song of Sixpence tin, c. 1890, depicting the nursery rhyme on the sides. There is a small dent on one corner and a few specks of paint missing overall, but is in good condition. Second is a Dunmore Red Riding Hood, c. 1890, the lid with a picture of Red Riding Hood with the Wolf behind her, looking out the window. The side panels show Forty Thieves, Cinderella, Puss in Boots and Bluebeard. It is in good condition, but is a bit dark. Third is a Peek Frean Queen of Heats, c. 1895, still with the paper label on bottom reading "Queen of Hearts", in poor to fair condition, being dark and damaged all over. Fourth is a CWS A Stitch in Time Saves Nine tin, c. 1910, in the form of a cotton reel and showing two Dutch girls knitting, in poor condition. Fifth is a Peek Frean tin with Dutch theme, c. 1936, in good condition. Sixth is a cylindrical CWS Monday's Child is Fair of Face, c. 1925, in good condition. Seventh is a Perks Stores Tea and Coffee Experts tin, c. 1910, lid with illustrations from Cinderella and side panels with Babes in the Wood, the Three Bears, Puss in Boots, Aladdin, Jack the Giant Killer and Little Red Riding Hood. The top is a little uneven and there are scratches, but in good condition.
