Lot of five biscuit tins. The first is a Vantines "Hamper", c. 1905, originally issued as a Huntley & Palmer biscuit tin. Label on hamper reads "Vantines Fairies New York". Could improve with a good cleaning. The second is a upright "GPO Mail Basket", c. 1905, labeled "GPO 5", "Glasgow" and "London", no maker mark. Dark, could improve with a good cleaning. The third and fourth are similar, but in different colors, both Carr's "Parcel", c. 1905. They look like a wax-sealed parcel, one yellow and one green, both with stamps on them. Both are in good condition, the yellow slightly better than the green, which has a small dent on the lid and with a very rubbed back. The fifth is a CWS "Blue Trunk", c. 1925, dark and with marks all over it.
Condition: (Poor - Good).
