Early Colt Ace semi automatic pistol. Manufactured in 1934. Two line address on the left side of the slide with the Rampant Colt Logo. The right side is marked "COLT ACE (in diamond) .22 LONG/RIFLE". There is a "VP" proof on the front left web of the trigger guard. There is a "12" stamped on the front right web of the trigger guard. Factory standard blade front sight with adjustable square notch rear sight. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Diamond checkered wood grips. Includes an original "two tone" blued steel magazine marked "COLT/ACE (in diamond)/.22.L.R." CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its original factory high polish blue finish with general wear and handling marks. Grips have light finish wear and a few scratches. Bright and shiny bore with sharp lands and grooves. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light finish wear. JWA
