A beautiful Tiffany Studios Damascene desk lamp on gold dore base. The 8” diameter damascene shade has a beautiful progression of color, going from a soft orange near the aperture, progressing to increasingly dark shades of green moving towards the lower rim. The shade is signed "L.C.T. Favrile" to the fitter, and is in excellent condition, free of cracks or chips. The shade sits on a beautiful penguin footed Tiffany Studios base. The base is finished in gold dore, decorated with green enamel to the pedestal. The base is signed “Louis C Tiffany Furnaces Inc 15A”. Base is in very good condition, with moderate loss to finish, most notably on the pedestal. Dimensions: 15 - 1/2” tall by 8” wide by 8” deep.
