A classic American 12 gauge boxlock shotgun built circa 1916, with 26" steel barrels. Barrels are built with 2 - 3/4" chambers, ejectors, and matte filed concave rib. Rib with extension and white round front bead sight. Rib reads "PARKER BROTHERS, MAKERS, MERIDEN, CONN. VULCAN STEEL". Shiny boxlock action with single inertia trigger, checkered top lever, and checkered slide safe. Gun is auto-safe. Walnut stock with checkered slender pistol grip, Parker Bros grip cap, vacant silver shield for initials, and checkered / logoed buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter forend with patent Deeley styled latch release with steel escutcheon tip. CONDITION: Fair. Barrels with exterior silvering and handling marks. Bores are pretty good. Action with traces of case colors. Action only fires / ejects right barrel. Stock with visible sign of repair needed at top of left checkering, faded finish, and some handling. Forend with soft checkering and handling marks. CP
