Lot consists of: (A) Very nice 1930s Union County, New Jersey gold Sheriff's badge. The badge is named to Lee S. Rigby and shows the seal of the State of New Jersey at its center. The badge is marked "10K / C.D. REESE / NEW YORK" on the reverse of the eagle and "C.D. REESE / NEW YORK" on the reverse of the badge. CONDITION: The badge retains most of the blue enamel border around the seal. The back exhibits slight tarnishing, but the badge is very clean overall with very little flaws. Overall very good. (B) 1930s Union County, New Jersey gold Sheriff's badge. The badge is named to Lee S. Rigby and shows the seal of Union County New Jersey at the center. The badge is marked "C.D. REESE / NEW YORK" and "10K" on the reverse of the badge. CONDITION: The badge retains most of the blue enamel border around the seal. The back exhibits slight tarnishing, but the badge is very clean and very well preserved. Overall very good. (C) 1930s Union County, New Jersey Special Deputy Sheriff's badge. The badge features the number "229 / T" at the center. The badge is marked "C.D. REESE / 57 WARREN ST. / NEW YORK" on the reverse. CONDITION: Some of the nickel finish has flaked off of the numbers revealing the gold brass color. The badge is very clean overall exhibiting little blemishes. Overall very good. The badges are accompanied by two leather badge holders that are very dry and fragile. JLD
