Signed limited edition of 260 copies each signed by the author, of which this is No. 165. Signed by Theodore Roosevelt when 26th President of the United States (1901-09). Frontispiece portrait of Roosevelt, tissue covered. Measures 10 by 7 inches with 369 pages and 49 full page photographic insets with tissue covers. The original front board is detached, and the spline cover is separated, otherwise in very good condition. Outdoor Pastimes of An American Hunter is a collection of short stores which recount his hunting trips in Yellowstone Park and other destinations in the western United States. This is the scarcest of all the signed limited editions produced by Roosevelt during his lifetime.
