A gorgeous leaded glass and bronze table lamp by Duffner and Kimberly. The 22” diameter leaded glass shade features a diamond shaped geometric pattern on the upper portion of the shade, comprised of beautiful cream and butterscotch colored glass. There is a lovely progression of lighter to darker colored glass, moving from the aperture down toward the lower border. A beautiful water lily motif graces the lower third of the shade. Green leaves and streaked yellow flowers sit amidst stunning blue glass, emulating water. This row of water lilies is positioned between and upper and lower geometric row of caramel colored glass. The shade is in excellent condition, with no missing or replaced glass, and just a small number of tight, hairline cracks. The shade sits on the correct Duffner and Kimberly Cattail base. The bronze base stands 26” tall and is finished in a gorgeous rich brown and verdigris patina. Cattails climb up the column of the base, with detailed water lilies along the platform. The three-socket base is in excellent condition and retains its original sockets with acorn pulls. Original heat cap and finial also present. Provenance: From the collection of Dr. Byron Vreeland.
