An early 20th century reverse painted lamp by Pittsburgh. The reverse painted shade measures 16 - 1/2” diagonally. The shade depicts four scenes of a woman being courted by suitors. The shade is painted in beautiful purples, blues, oranges, greens and pinks. The shade features a linenfold form. The shade is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks or repairs. There is some slight roughness to the lower border, and some minor loss to the paint. The shade sits on a Pittsburgh tripod base, finished in a bronze patina. The 22 - 1/2” tall base retains its original two sockets and pulls. Dimensions: 22 - 1/2” tall by 16 - 1/2” wide.

Condition: (Excellent).
