LeFever "Nitro Special" Grade A .410 Gauge side by side shotgun made by Ithaca Gun Company in 1935. 26" blued "Nitro Special" marked steel barrels with raised matted rib, bead front sight, 3" chambers, and extractors. Case hardened boxlock action with non-selective single trigger and automatic safety. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with hard rubber grip cap and buttplate. Matching checkered walnut splinter forearm with friction release. CONDITION: 60% worn barrel blue with finish having a silvery patina. Action has faded to a plum patina. Wood has been cleaned with stress cracks behind the action in several places. Excellent bores and mechanics. DLM
