A lovely reversed painted desk lamp by Handel. The shade features a woodland scene at dusk. Green evergreens are scattered against a soft green background, with a full moon hanging above. A subtle mountain range is visible in the distance. The shade is in excellent condition, free of cracks, chips and paint loss. Shade is signed “Handel 6236A”. The shade sits in a patinated brown banker’s lamp base, finished in a deep brown patina. Lamp retains original socket with acorn pull. The adjustable lamp base functions properly. Base has Handel felt tag. Dimensions: 12” tall by 10” wide.
Condition: (Excellent).
