1940, FRANCE: A early French fortune teller made for the European market. Walnut constructed cabinet with velvet interior. Madame's head is a composition, hands are hard rubber. Action include breathing, nodding her head and passing her hand over the cards. Depending on which slot you choose, you will get a male or female fortune card. CONSIDERATIONS: The Madame has newer clothes and there is some wear to her hands. The machine operates on 220 voltage, and is a little sluggish as it has not been played in some time. The cabinet is in good condition with replaced door locks. The front instruction lettering has faded, however the piece has a great carnival look.
