1895, GERMANY: Frati and company was located in Berlin, Germany, and was a leading manufacturer of hand-crank barrel organs during the 1880's and 1890's. They began by making more portable organs, and around 1900 moved to larger barrel organs and orchestrions. This example has a 50 key organ and the original barrel to operate it. The organ has been outfitted with a MIDI system, which now operates the organ. The barrel is present but would need to be restored to operate the organ. A very understated façade, worthy of a more upscale location, with a big sound. CONSIDERATIONS: Operating perfectly with the MIDI system, which is included. The organ shows moderate wear, locking rear cabinet and original wagon cart. A very nice size to fit in most homes.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
