1900, FRANCE: This automata is of a sleeping girl, lying in a field of grass with a dreamy expression on her face. Operated by pull string, you can listen to the music box without motion, or motion without music, or both together. Housed in its original glass domed case with ebonized wood base. Bisque heads and hands, her motion includes opening and closing eyes, head movements, and hands. CONSIDERATIONS: The young girl, having been under glass, is in very good condition with original clothes. The wood base shows some wear due to use, and the glass top is without cracks. The music box works well and the girls motion is a little sluggish.
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
