1900, FRANCE: A wonderful French automata music box with a young girl holding a basket of flowers, attributed to Lambert. Motion includes head movement and her arms raise the flower basket as to offer for sale as the music box play. Original clothing, bisque head and hands, glass eyes, and most likely a replaced wig. Standing on a painted wooden box housing the music box. CONSIDERATIONS: Overall she has a great look, her clothes are clean and not tattered, her hair could be pinned better, and her hat and ribbon placed better. The music box plays one tune and has decent quality.
