These guns were produced by Beretta with a longer barrel, accurizer bushing, adjustable rear sights, frame safety, more aggressive checkering, and single-action-only safety. They also used aluminum grips with an aggressive checkering pattern. While numbers have never been confirmed, speculation is that only between 50 and 150 or so were ever manufactured. This example has been modified with the addition of a rail system that clamps to the front of the trigger guard; this appears to be the second attempt to add a rail system as there is a pair of tapped and drilled holes in the dust cover that can be seen internally. CONDITION: Retains most of the factory blue finish with marks from handling and use throughout, including a significant area of silvering to the front strap. Grips are very good with silvering throughout. Accurizing bushing has some marks from use. Mechanically fine, bore is excellent with strong rifling. This is a rare example. EMW
