Pre-War Mauser "S/42" Code P.08 Luger semi automatic pistol. Made 1935, noted by the "G" on the toggle. "S/42" Mauser code on the toggle. No import marks found. Matching serials throughout, including the checkered wood grips. "(Eagle) / 63" and "S/92" pre-War proofs on the right side of the chamber. Blade front sight and v-notch rear. Factory blued and straw finishes. No magazine is included. CONDITION: Metal retains 50% of its original finish with heavy finish wear and spots of finish loss. Straw finish is about 60%. Grips are excellent. Bore is clean overall with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. JWA
