Japanese Type 44 carbine made at the Kokura Arsenal during WWII. 3rd variation with blued 19" round rifled barrel with protected inverted V front sight, rear flip graduated sight, and blued long type bayonet housing in 6.5 Jap caliber. Blued action with unground mum, Type 44 designation, and matching bolt with dust cover. Wood full military stock with blued steel hardware and leather repro sling. CONDITION: 90% blue with some light handling and usage marks. Wood has 90% arsenal finish with light wear marks. Good bore and mechanics. A super example. DLM
