Lot consists of: (A) Lesser snow goose wooden decoy, hand carved and painted by RD Wilson of Little Rock, Arkansas. RD Wilson has been hand carving and painting wooden hunting decoys for over 35 years and is known for his realism. Signed by RD Wilson on bottom and dated December of 1992. Measures approximately 17" x 9" and the head measures approximately 7" from body. CONDITION: Very good with almost all of the original paint remaining with wear at high edges from handling. Thin crack running down center of goose all the way around. (B) Canadian Goose wooden decoy, hand carved and painted by RD Wilson of Little Rock, Arkansas. Signed by RD Wilson on bottom and dated June of 1993. Measures approximately 18" x 9" and the head measures approximately 7 - 1/2" from body. CONDITION: Excellent with light fading on high edges from handling and no major signs of distress. Overall a handsome pair of life sized realistic goose decoys hand carved, painted, and signed by a well known maker. TON
