German Mauser Model 1934 semi-automatic pistol. Made circa 1940. Typical factory markings on both sides of the slide. This is a Variation 1 gun, with an "(Eagle) / (Swastika) / M" on the left side plate, behind a Mauser banner. The front strap is marked "N / 6121", which is a property mark of the Kreigsmarine Nordsee base on the North Sea. No import marks found. Matching serials throughout. "(Eagle) / N" proofs on the right barrel lug and behind the rear sight. Factory blued finish and 1-piece checkered wood grip. Includes original blued steel magazine, with matching property number, "N6121", on the base, along with a Mauser banner. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its original finish with spots of finish wear and some light spots of surface rust. Grip has a few handling marks. Bore is lightly frosted but retains crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light wear. JWA
