Lot consists of: 24 25-round boxes of Remington Kleanbore Nitro Express Extra Long Range paper 00 buckshot 12 gauge shotgun shells. Each cream and green colored box is marked on the front with an ink "U.S. PROPERTY" stamp. The boxes are housed in an original brown painted wood USGI shotgun shell crate with a repack date of "3/44" indicating its WWII vintage. CONDITION: Shotgun shell boxes are clean with bright colors, ranging in condition from good to excellent, some having edgewear and punctures from storage. One box is fair, having come apart. The crate is in good condition with labels still largely visible and a section of wood along the lid missing, in addition to some wear. Only 1 of the wing nuts used to secure the lid is present. A must-have for trench gun and riot gun collectors! BAS
