Colt Model 1911 Super 38 semi automatic pistol. Made 1959. Standard markings on both sides of the slide. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Factory blade front and u-notch rear sight. Factory polished nickel finish. Checkered brown Keyes style plastic grips. Includes a Colt marked satin nickel .38 Super magazine. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish, with only a few handling marks and scratches. Grips are excellent. Bore is clean overall, with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light wear. JWA
