Lefever Arms Company E Grade side by side shotgun made in the early 1900's. Damascus Steel barrels with matted rib, bead front sight, and extractors. Case hardened frame with borderline scroll and dog and bird scene engraving. Gun has double triggers and automatic safety. Figured walnut checkered English grip stock in floral pattern with silver stock shield and added vented rubber recoil pad. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with engraved push-button release. CONDITION: 60% Damascus pattern remaining with 10% case colors balance turning a silvery patina. Wood has added finish over worn checkering and wrist is broken and repaired with added pad. Small dent in left barrel not visible in inside. Good bores and mechanics. DLM
CORRECTION: Shotgun was manufactured circa 1892 and is therefore Antique.
